The Voice returns tonight with the first night of the Blind Auditions. John Legend, Dan + Shay, Chance the Rapper and Reba McEntire as coaches and Carson Daly as host.

During the Blinds, the decisions from the coaches are based solely on voice and not looks. The artist perform and the coaches listen. If a coach is impressed by the artist’s voice, that coach pushes a button to select the artist for their team. If the artist turned more than one chair, he/she gets to choose which team he/she will be joining.

The Voice Season 25 airs Monday 8/7c only on NBC. The show is also available to watch via NBC’s official live streaming channel and Peacock.

PERFORMANCES

Dani Stacy sings “I Will Survive”

“I think you are spectacular and I can hear all the genre in your voice,” said Reba. “You have an amazing performance,” said Chance.

“Your tone was so interesting, you have soul for sure,” said John. “You know who exactly who you are and I can tell that,” said Shay.

Dani Stacy gets four chair turns from the coaches and chooses to join Team Chance.

Justin & Jeremy Garcia sings “Story of My Life”

“That was fantastic,” said Dan. “You guys are super developed,” said Chance. “I’m so excited for you,” said John. “I love your enthusiasm and I love to have you in Team Reba,” said Reba.

Justin & Jeremy Garcia gets three chair turns from the coaches and chooses to join Team Dan + Shay.

Tay Lewis sings “Somebody Like You”

“I love your voice, that’s a great song for you,” said Chance. “Your a phenomenal talent,” said Dan. “Your voice is so electric and you belong to the stage,” said John. “I could help you wether with vocal or staging,” said Reba.

Tay Lewis gets chair turns from the coaches and chooses to join Team Reba.

Ryan Argast sings “Speechless”

“I love the texture of you voice,” said John. “You will have a great time with you coaches,” said Reba. “You are the magic we are looking for,” said Dan.

Ryan Argast gets chair turn from Dan + Shay.

Nadège sings “Get You”

“You are unbelievable talent you are gonna crush the show,” said Dan. “I want you on my team and I want to learn from young artist with their influences,” said Chance.

Nadège gets two chair turns from the coaches and chooses to join Team Chance.

OK3 sings “Made You Look”

“I love your performance, that was like the show and a mini concert,” said John. “That was my favorite performance we’ve seen so far,” said Shay.

“I love the harmony. I am the queen of country music and I would love to have you in my kingdom,” said Reba.

The Voice is a top rating singing competition aired on NBC. The show is based on the original The Voice of Holland. It aims to find currently unsigned singing talents ages 15 or above.

The winner is determined by television viewers through public voting. The winner will receive cash prize and a record deal with Universal Music Group.
