Bagyong Jolina maintains strength as it moves away from the landmass of Luzon, PAGASA said on Thursday, September 9, 2021.
According to PAGASA, as of 4am today, Bagyong Jolina was located at at 145 km West Northwest of Iba, Zambales.
Jolina is now a topical storm and has a maximum sustained winds of 85 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 115 km/h. It is forecast to move northwestward at 25 km/h.
Bagyong Jolina may bring light to moderate rains in the provinces of Zambales, Bataan, and Pangasinan.

Storm Signal #1 is placed in the provinces of Zambales and Pangasinan. All tropical cyclone warning signals elsewhere has been lifted as Tropical Storm “Jolina” moves away from the Philippines.
