Ipinagutos ng Pangulo ang nasabing hakbang upang matigil ang pangungurakot ng mga opisyal sa SAP at iba pang ayuda ng gobyerno na dapat ay para sa mamayan.
Ayon kay Harry Roque, maaring magsumite ng report o anu mang katiwalian sa 8888 hotline. Kung mapapatunayan ang report, makakatangap ng P30,000 ang nagsuplog mula sa Pangulo.
