The United States now has the highest number of confirmed coronavirus cases in the world, according to data gathered by JHU Coronavirus tracker.
The number of confirmed coronavirus cases in the United States is now 83,507, with 1,201 deaths and 680 recoveries as of Wednesday, March 27, 2020.
The new record surpassed China with 81,782 cases and Italy with 80,589.
Global statistics shows 529,093 cases, 122,135 recoveries and 23,956 deaths. The massive figure were recorded by the tracker run by the Johns Hopkins University.
