Nagdonate ng P100M halaga ng pagkain ang Jollibee Foods Corporation para sa mga health workers at on-ground checkpoint personnels na rumeresponde sa COVID-19 disease.
Makakatanggap ang mga frontliners ng food pack galing sa Jollibee, Chowking, Mang Inasal, Red Ribbon, Greenwich, Burger King, Panda Express at PHO24.
“Our frontliners are our real modern-day heroes during this time of a pandemic, and it is unfortunate that many of them have little time to rest. The Jollibee Group is one with them in this fight and we hope that through our food, we can fuel their heroic efforts,” ayon kay Ernesto Tanmantiong, CEO ng Jollibee Foods Corporation.
Samantala, mayroon nang 17 katao ang patay at 202 naman ang kumpirmadong kaso ng COVID-19 ang naitala sa buong bansa.
