Bagyong Tisoy with international name Kammuri has maintained its strength as it moves towards Bicol region, PAGASA said on Sunday, December 1, 2019.
Tisoy is packed with maximum sustained winds of 140 kph with gustiness of up to 170 kph. It is expected to make landfall over Bicol Region between Monday evening and Tuesday early morning.
