Bagyong Tisoy continue to weaken and is now off the coast of Occidental Mindoro, PAGASA said on Tuesday, December 3, 2019.
According to PAGASA, as of 4:00 PM today, Bagyong Tisoy with international name Kammuri was located at 110 km Northwest of San Jose, Occidental Mindoro, packed with maximum sustained winds of 130 kph with gustiness of up to 200 kph.
It is forecast to move west at 25 kph.

Frequent to continuous heavy (isolated intense rains) over Quezon and Rizal. Occasional to frequent heavy rains over Mindoro Provinces, Metro Manila, Central Luzon, rest of CALABARZON, Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Marinduque, and Romblon.
Intermittent heavy rains over Calamian Islands.
Storm Surge is up to 3 meters over several coastal areas in Marinduque, Mindoro Provinces, Romblon, Cavite, and Batangas.
Public Storm Warning Signal #3, #2 and #1 were raised in the areas affected by the typhoon (see image below).
