Bagyong Tisoy slightly weaken while moving westward, PAGASA said on Sunday, December 1, 2019.
According to PAGASA, as of 10:00 AM today, Bagyong Tisoy with international name Kammuri was located at 705 km East of Virac, Catanduanes, packed with maximum sustained winds of 140 kph with gustiness of up to 170 kph.
It is forecast to move west at 25 kph.
Public Storm Warning Signal #2 was raised Catanduanes Northern Samar and Eastern Samar.

Bagyong Tisoy is expected to make landfall over Bicol Region between tomorrow evening (02 December) and Tuesday (03 December) early morning.
