Bagyong Tisoy gained more strength while moving northwestward, PAGASA said on Friday, November 29, 2019.
According to PAGASA, Bagyong Tisoy with international name Kammuri was located at 1,470 km East of Southern Luzon, packed with maximum sustained winds of 140 kph with gustiness of up to 170 kph.
It is forecast to move west at 25 kph.

Bagyong Tisoy is expected to enter PAR between Saturday or Sunday and may start to affect parts of Luzon next week.
Tisoy may gather more strength before it make landfall in the Bicol region. Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal #1 may be raised over the eastern portion of Bicol Region and Eastern Visayas area on Sunday.
