The Golden State Warriors has win the 2018 NBA Conference after beating the Cleveland Cavaliers in GAME 4 of the 2018 NBA Finals championship series on Friday, June 8, 2018.
The Warriors sealed the series with 4-0 over Cavaliers after winning the Game 4 of NBA Finals 2018 championship held in Quicken Loans Arena on Friday.
It was Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant played best for the Warriors. Stephen Curry scored 37 points, Kevin Durant scored 20 points.
Top performer at Cavaliers is LeBron James with 23 points.

The 2018 NBA Finals is the 72nd season of the National Basketball Association (NBA). The best-of-seven playoff will pit the Eastern Conference champion Cleveland Cavaliers against the defending NBA champion and Western Conference champion Golden State Warriors.
