Chloe Kohanski is the crowned winner of The Voice 2017 Season 13, Addison Agen finished runner-up.
Chloe Kohanski from Team Blake is the winner of The Voice Season 13 — the final results were revealed on Tuesday’s Live Finale results show, December 19, 2017.
Kohanski, who brought powerhouse performances to the NBC’s top-rating singing competition The Voice, beats the 16-year-old singer Addison Agen from Team Adam in the public vote.
Brooke Simpson from Team Miley finished 3rd place while Red Marlow from Team Blake placed 4th.
During the Finale on Monday, the Top 4 finalists performed three songs each – a solo song cover, a special duet with their coach, and an original song single.
Chloe Kohanski performs “Bette Davis Eyes,” “Wish I Didn’t Love You,” and “You Got It” duet with coach Blake Shelton.
Her original song single landed #1 in iTunes chart while her solo song cover made it to #6 rank.
The Voice winner was announced at the end of a two-hour finale featuring performances from Kelly Clarkson, Demi Lovato, N.E.R.D., Charlie Puth and Sia. Collaborators are The Voice Top 8, Bastille, Vince Gill, Billy Idol, Jessie J, Norah Jones and Bebe Rexha.
Chloe Kohanski took home the $100,000 cash prize and a recording contract with Universal Republic Records.
The Voice is a top rating singing competition aired on NBC. The show is based on the original The Voice of Holland. It aims to find currently unsigned singing talents ages 15 or above.
The winner is determined by television viewers through public voting. The winner will receive $1M cash prize and a record deal with Universal Music Group.
