Angeline Fernando, 24, who loses her right arm in a freak MRT accident, had her arm reattached to her body says report.
According to Cesar Chavez via ABS-CBN News, Angeline Fernando’s right arm has been reconnected to her body after a medical procedure performed by surgeons at Makati Medical Center 12 hours after the accident.
“Angeline’s arm is reconnected to her body. The bone, the nerve and vessels are reconnected,” said transportation undersecretary Chavez.
Chavez also said that the government will give financial assistance to Fernando.
Angeline Fernando is currently under observation after the operation.
On Tuesday, Fernando met the shocking accident at MRT Ayala Station at around 2:35 pm. Report says, she looks dizzy and fell off the track before a moving train caught her arm.
