Marlou Arizala’s plastic surgery operation is 100% successful!
Xander Ford, formerly known as Marlou Arizala, has reveal his new look on Korina Sanchez’s show ‘Rated K’ on Sunday, October 1, 2017.
Results of Marlou Arizala plastic surgery has been revealed. Xander Ford’s new look after nose and chin enhancement last month made it’s first public appearance on Rated K on Sunday.
Aside from chin and nose job, Xander Ford also underwent additional enhancements to his face to achieve a celebrity look which includes teeth, eyebrows, eye lashes and lips enhancements.
“Natupad na po ‘yung pangarap ko,” Arizala said.
“Masakit pero kaya pero ito talaga yung goal ko para mabago ko yung sarili ko,” he added.
“Gusto ko po bumalik sa pagaartista at seryosohin ang trabaho para makatulong talaga sa magulang ko,” he said.
