Jhong Hilario and Karylle does an insect-themed stage play ‘Magpasikat’ performance on Friday’s episode of It’s Showtime, October 20, 2017.
In their performance, Jhong and Karylle together with Hashtags and Girl Trendz members showcase their talent in a stage play that tells the love story of a cockroach and caterpillar.
The play sends the message of love has no boundaries.
“My jaw dropped when I saw the set. All the elements were there. The costumes the light and the choreography are excellent,” said Rory Quintos.
“You might just exterminated the competition,” said Janno Gibbs.
“You all gave your best. Karyll, you can act sing and dance. Jhong, I’m so impressed with your singing and comedy,” said Yna Raymundo.
“It’s given that you are all excellent. You all changed, I am touched and proud to all of you,” Maricel Soriano.

In celebration of Showtime’s 8th anniversary, the hosts are divided into group. Each will perform a ‘Magpasikat’ production number in front of the judges and the audience.
On Saturday, the winning group will be announced. Prizes will be given to winner’s chosen charity.
