Reports of brand new iPhone 8 Plus literally splitting open has been recorded, Apple probes investigation to the said incidents.
Earlier this week, two incidents from Japan and Taiwan have been reported that an Apple iPhone 8 Plus literally split open.
Photographs has been shared on Twitter showing the screen coming off while the phone is still in its original packaging.
A certain @Magokoro0511 user on Twitter from Japan said, his unit was already split open when he open the box of iPhone 8 Plus he received.

Another incident said, the screen comes off while the unit was charging.
Meanwhile, Apple has confirmed they are already investigating the pair of reports concerning brand new iPhone 8 Plus units.
The company however, did not release any comment yet about the issue.
The new iPhone 8 is now available in all Apple stores. The unit costs $699 while iPhone 8 Plus sells at $799.
The new iPhone 8 is available in Silver, Space Grey and a new Gold finish.
Comes inside the box is the iPhone 8 unit, documentation and manual, accessories including EarPods with Lightning Connector, Lightning to USB Cable, 5W USB Power Adapter and Lightning to 3.5 mm Headphone Jack Adapter.
