Hurricane Irma is so strong and powerful — it literally pulled the water out from the Bahamas and Florida shorelines.
Hurricane Irma, a category 5 storm, has already done massive damage through the Caribbean Islands before reaching Florida.
While breaking many hurricane records, it also brought a rare phenomenon of shaping the ocean by sucking the water into the core of the storm.
Here’s a video posted on Twitter showing a drained Long Island Beach in Bahamas.

While many concerned it may pose danger, expert says the water will comeback gradually, unlike tsunami.
