Tropical storm Maring dumped heavy rains Tuesday morning, causing floods in Metro Manila and nearby provinces.
Maring made landfall in eastern Quezon province early Tuesday.
The tropical depression is pack with sustained winds of 60 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 100 kph.
Maring is expected to traverse Manila and Laguna area before exiting the Philippine Are of Responsibility or PAR on Wednesday.
Heavy rains will be experienced over Metro Manila and most part of Luzon with possible landslide and flash floods.
The state weather bureau already issued warning of serious flooding in Metro Manila and nearby areas.
Meanwhile, many streets in Metro Manila and Laguna are already submerged in flood water. Watch on the video below.
