Mel B throws a glass of water at Simon Cowell and walks out during America’s Got Talent live broadcast on Tuesday, August 22, 2017.
The shocking moment happened after Simon spills an insensitive joke at Mel B while commenting on a contestant who had technical error during his performance.
“I kind of imagine this would be like Mel B‘s wedding night. A lot of anticipation, not much promise or delivery,” said Simon.
Mel B got offended and grabbed her cup of water and throws it at Simon. She then walked off the stage.
