A new video surfaced online showing moments before Chicago airport security officers dragged doctor David Dao off from his seat on United plane.
In the video, David Dao can be seen talking to a rep from United on his mobile phone pleading for his case.
“I’m a physician, I have to work tomorrow at 8 o’clock,” Dao said.
Then he made it clear to officers that he is not giving up his seat.
“No, I am not going. I am not going, I’m staying right here,” he told the officers.
The officers then tells him they will use force to get him off if needed.
“Let them try to use force, I make a lawsuit against United Airlines,” Dao replied.
The officer then threatens Dao that he could be jailed for refusing.

Meanwhile, United Airline Chief of Executive Oscar Munoz has issued an apology following the incident.
“I deeply apologize to the customer forcibly removed and to all the customers aboard. I want you to know that we take full responsibility and we will work to make it right,” Munoz said.
