Mariah Carey’s performance during ABC’s New Year’s Eve special show is a total mess.

In her performance, Mariah Carey took the first verse of ‘Old Lang Syne’ perfectly — things started to get ugly when a technical issue occurred as she prepare to perform her hit song ‘Emotions.’

Mariah Carey stop singing in the middle of her performance explaining to the crowed that her vocal track was missing and she couldn’t hear.

“I’m trying to be a good sport here,” she said.

She kept the show going but things get uglier up to her last song. Her lip synched performance of ‘We Belong Together’ ended with the same issue.

“It just doesn’t get any better,” Mariah Carey said as she walked off the stage.
