Typhoon Chaba hits Busan, South Korea with violent wind, heavy rains and tsunami storm surges on Wednesday, October 5, 2016.
Photos and videos uploaded online showed the devastating effect of the typhoon where Ulsan and Busan was heavily flooded with cars and buildings submerged in water.
Tsunami-like storm surges can also seen hitting near the coast of the city.
