High-profile inmate Jaybee Sebastian claimed that Senator Leila De Lima and Joenel Sanchez had a love affair.
In his testimony presented to the House Committee on Monday, Jaybee Sebastian said that Senator Leila and security aide Joenel Sanchez had a relationship.
Sebastian claims that he once saw De Lima and Sanchez holding hands. He also said he heard De Lima calling Sanchez “sweetie.”
In addition, Sebastian said Sanchez mistakenly sent a text message to him, which he believed supposedly for De Lima.
