Senator Leila De Lima and Senator Dick Gordon clash anew during the Senate hearing on Extra Judicial Killings on Thursday, October 13, 2016.
This was after Senator Leila De Lima raised two motions to allow CHR chair Chito Gascon to speak and explain the CHR’s side on a statement of one of its commissioners that criticized Gordon, and not jump from hearing the extrajudicial killings to hearing the death penalty.
