Surigao Del Norte congressman Ace Barbers and Surigao Del Sur congressman Prospero Pichay almost engage in a fist fight during the House of Representatives hearing for Charter Change on Wednesday, October 12, 2106.
This was after Barbers called Pichay’s motion to recommend to the plenary the Constitutional assembly as a mode of Charter change “senseless and stupid.”
“This is a point of order. Let us not entertain senseless motions, those are stupid motions,” Barbers said.
