High-profile inmate Jaybee Sebastian is set to appear in front of the House Committee for the hearing of illegal drug trade inside New Bilibid Prison on Monday, October 10, 2016.
Jaybee Sebastian was scheduled to testify on October 5 but was canceled after a riot erupted in Bilibid prison few days before the hearing.
Sebastian was tagged as De Lima’s drug money collector.
Aside from Jaybee Sebastian, fellow high-profile inmates Vicente Sy and Peter Co are set to gave their sworn statements.
