Comedian and actress Joy Viado passed away due to heart attack on Saturday, September 10, 2016.
According to ABS-CBN News, Joy Viado suffered heart attack and was taken to a hospital on Saturday. The comedian was pronounced dead at 8:55 pm.

In 2000, Viado was diagnosed with diabetes. She underwent four debridement surgeries to remove the wounds she suffering on her legs due to complications and to save her from possible amputation.
Joy Viado is known for her remarkable acting and singing talent. She starred in many blockbuster movies including Sisterakas and Girl, Boy, Bakla, Tomboy.
