The news came in after a meme surfaced online few days before the 2016 Philippine election.
In the said photo, Anderson Cooper was tagged saying “When I heard that this corrupt couple are running for office…May God help the Philippines.”
Cooper denies the claim saying, “I did not say this. It’s fake.”
