American Idol Season 11 runner-up Jessica Sanchez return to Idol stage and perform a special number for the farewell season of American Idol. Sanchez sings a very heart-felt rendition of “The Prayer” by Celine Dion.

Meanwhile, Trent Harmon is the announced winner of American Idol 2016. The 26-year-old singer from Amory, Mississippi beats La’Porsha Renae in the public vote. The winner is revealed at the end of two-hour star studded finale featuring Idol past contestants.
