According to Bello, Comelec might disqualify Manny Pacquiao if he did not postpone his match to Timothy Bradley on April 9.

“We are asking Pacquiao to postpone his fight with Bradley because it’s against Comelec rules,” he said.

“Pacquiao’s fight with Bradley is free advertising, which is disadvantageous to other candidates. Comelec has to live up to its rules and can’t make an exception for Pacquiao.” Bello added.

Meanwhile, Comelec chair person Andres Bautista said that he already asked one of their lawyer to look into the matter. He also said that he still need to study the issue brought up by Bello and made further review of the Comelec rules and its application.
