One Piece Episode 727 titled “Great Counterattack! Doflamingo’s Awakening” is set to be released on Sunday, January 24, 2016.
Following the unstoppable power of Luffy’s Fourth Gear, Doflamingo is forced to release his Awakening technique.
According to onepiece.wikia, Devil Fruit powers can, in rare occasions, be “awakened,” increasing the abilities of the user. Doflamingo, with the Ito Ito no Mi, is awakened.
He has the ability transform objects to string as well as augment his main ability to create string from his own body.
