Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach is finally back in her home country, the Philippines!
Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach is finally home, she arrived at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 2 at around 6am on Saturday, January 23, 2016.
“I was so excited I wasn’t able to sleep last night. And every time I think about my trip back here, I tear up a little bit because I feel like it has been so long and I have so many things to share,” Wurtzbach said.
“I am so happy that I am now here in the Philippines. It seems like I am about to compete again,” she added.

Pia Wurtzbach will be given a grand welcome upon her arrival in the country — she will stay in the Philippines from January 23 until January 29.
Pia will be attending activities such as press conference, parade, charity work, courtesy call in Malacañang, and a special homecoming event at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
