Vice President and 2016 election presidential candidate Jojo Binay has been booed by 10,000 crowd during the Sinulog Festival in Cebu City on Sunday.
According to reports, the crowd started booing Binay when Cebu City Mayor Michael Rama introduces him at the Sinulog Grand Parade Festival opening event on Sunday.
About 10,000 people attended the grand opening event at the Cebu City Sports Center. Watch the embarrassing moment on the video below.
