A video of interview of Miss Germany saying that Miss Colombia is the real winner of Miss Universe 2015 not Miss Philippines is making rounds online.
Miss Germany Sarah-Lorraine Rieks earned ire after a video of her saying the she believed that Miss Colombia is the real winner of Miss Universe 2015 not Miss Philippines.
In the video posted by Missosology, Miss Germany gave a controversial statement and reaction to Miss Universe controversy saying that the real winner is Miss Colombia and claimed that Pia Wurtzbach from the Philippines did not get any votes from other candidates.
“I really couldn’t believe it, I was so upset. For me, she was robbed as the real winner. I was very happy for Miss Colombia because she really deserved it. I’m really not happy with the result and so are the other girls,” she said.
Natalia Cruz, the interviewer, asked Riek why she and the other candidates went directly to Miss Colombia after Pia Wurtzbach was crowned as Miss Universe.
Riek smiled and said, “Because no one of us voted for Philippines. I’m so sorry to say that.”
The reporter then asked Riek to elaborate her answer, she replied, “No, I don’t want to talk about that.”
