Iglesia ni Cristo ‘INC’ members takes their rally to EDSA — the group gathered in front of Megamall on Friday, August 28, 2015.
According to MMDA, the rally have caused moderate to heavy traffic in the northbound section around 7:30 p.m. the gathering was attended with more or less 1000 participants.
Earlier this week, the group held a vigil in front of the Department of Justice at Padre Faura Street in Manila. CNN Philippines reports: “The group claimed that the DOJ favored ex-communicated ministers after former Pasugo editor-in-chief Isaias Samson Jr. lodged an illegal detention case against the council of the church.”
