Inglesia ni Cristo ‘INC’ protesters draws ire amongst netizens, commuters and motorists for disabling traffic along EDSA Shrine on Friday, August 28, 2015.
According to Metropolitan Manila Development (MMDA), about 2,000 members of the Iglesia Ni Cristo flocked in EDSA Shrine on Friday, August 28, 2015.
It was reported that INC members were advised by the church officials to transfer from Padre Faura to EDSA to continue their protest for the “separation of church and state.”
The protest created heavy traffic making EDSA-SHAW north bound and south bound service road impassable.
On social media, stranded motorists, commuters and concerned citizens vents their anger to Inglesia ni Cristo regarding the untimely protest.
I don’t tweet all the time but this traffic in #EDSA is just getting into my nerves. Plus #IglesiaNiCristo making it alot worse.
