Jimmy Fallon revealed that he almost lost his finger — and it’s all because of his wedding ring.
Jimmy Fallon is back on The Tonight Show after taking two weeks break due to an accident in his kitchen.
On Monday, Fallon tells the story how the accident happened.
“I tripped and fell in my kitchen on a braided rug and my ring caught on a countertop. When I got up my finger was sideways,” he said.
“It completely looks fake, like a cheap horror movie where you see a broken finger. It looks like that,” he added.
Fallon said, his doctor conducted a six-hour micro surgery to fix it. A vain was taken out of his foot and transferred to his finger. He stayed in the ICU for ten days and his finger won’t get feeling for eight weeks.
