A Facebook post recounting how a doctor cheated a Jollibee delivery boy to get discount is making rounds online.
In the said post, a doctor identified as Jay Bee on Facebook, purposely delayed the delivery of his order from Jollibee fast food to get 200-peso discount.
Jay Bee said, the delivery was in fact on time but he intentionally ignore the call from the receptionist in the lobby of his condo to make the 1-minute delay and tap the fast-food’s delivery policy.
He was able get the P200 discount and only pay 66 pesos for his entire order.
Following the post, the doctor, who graduated from Ateneo, earned criticisms from netizens for his wrongdoing.
A commenter said, the P200 amount deducted from his order would be charged to the delivery boy.
Another commenter quoted Jay Bee as “patay-gutom,” and “a doctor living in a condo who can’t afford to buy a 250-peso value meal.”
