A video showing a man slapping a security guard at a mall in Dagupan, Pangasinan is making rounds online.
In the said video, a man in blue shirt and a security guard can be seen having an argument in the door entrance of Novo Mall in Pangasinan.
A part of the CCTV footage captured the man hitting the security guard in the face. Watch the video below.
ABS-CBN News identified the man as Marvin Gino Cruz, a barangay Kagawad and the security guard as Peter Paul Pangan
The said altercation started after officer Pangan conducted a body search to Cruz’s father before leaving the mall.
Cruz’s father was offended by the security protocol and return to the mall with his son to confront the security guard — then the hitting scene in the CCTV footage happened.
