El Gamma Penumbra gets the Golden Buzzer on Asia’s Got Talent!

Shadow dance group El Gamma Penumbra from the Philippines advances straight to the semifinals after receiving the Golden Buzzer on Asia’s Got Talent.

El Gamma Penumbra stunned the judges and studio audience with their emotional shadow act performance. Here’s what the judges had to say about their number.

“One of the beautiful things about sitting in this chair is I get to see things I would never see in my life. I have no idea how you did it. I have no idea how it works, but I know it was absolutely magical. Thank you for a beautiful experience,” said David Foster.

“I absolutely loved it. I got emotional after watching that. It’s mind blowing,”  said Melanie C.

“I loved how you guys told the stories beautifully and it was just so wonderful to see live and up close. Thank you so much for that great job,” said Vanness Wu.

Judge Anggun, who gave standing ovation for the group decided to send the El Gamma Penumbra straight to the semi-finals by pressing the Golden Buzzer.
