The Voice Season 8 returns tonight with special episode called The Road to the Live Shows, March 31, 2015.
Now that the Knockouts have ended and the Top 20 contestants have been completed, it’s time for the Live Shows!
But before moving to the next round of the competition, The Voice will air a one hour recap episode titled “The Road to the Live Shows” tonight. This recap highlighted the journey of the top 20 contestants.
The Top 20 competing in the Live Playoffs next week are:
Team Adam: Brian Johnson, Deanna Johnson, Joshua Davis, Nathan Hermida and Tonya Boyd-Cannon
Team Pharrell: Caitlin Caporale, Koryn Hawthorne, Lowell Oakley, Mia Z and Sawyer Fredericks
Team Christina: India Carney, Kimberly Nichole, Lexi Dávila, Rob Taylor and Sonic
Team Blake: Brooke Adee, Corey Kent White, Hannah Kirby, Meghan Linsey and Sarah Potenza
In the Live Playoff Rounds, the top 20 artists compete to secure a spot in the Live Shows. Artists perform live, and America votes to save their two favorite artists from each team. The coaches then save one remaining artist to complete their roster. The remaining contestants move on to the final phase of the competition, the Live Shows.
