Apple has announced the much awaited smartwatch, the Apple Watch!
Apple finally reveal the prices, release and shipping date for their newest product, the Apple Watch.
“Apple Watch represents a new chapter in the relationship people have with technology. It’s the most personal product we’ve ever made, because it’s the first one designed to be worn,” Apple states on their website.
Apple Watch is available in three distinctive collection — the Watch, Watch Sports and Watch Edition.
The Watch comes with stainless steel or space black stainless steel cases, sapphire crystal and a range of stylish bands. Price ranges from $549 to $599.
The Watch Sports comes with silver or space gray anodized aluminum cases, strengthened Ion-X glass and colorful durable bands. Price ranges from $349 to $399.
The Watch Edition comes with yellow or rose 18-karat gold cases, sapphire crystal and exquisitely crafted bands and closures. Price is not lower than $10,000.
Pre-orders will begin on April 10th. The device will start shipping on April 24th.
In the Philippines, Apple watch is expected to be available on July. Watch Sport will cost around Php15,445 for the smaller, 38-millimeter model and Php17,655 for the larger, 42-millimeter model.
The stainless steel edition will start Php26,500-Php46,420* for the smaller model, depending on the selection of watch band. The larger model will range from Php26,500-Php48,600*.
