Video: TransAsia Plane Crash in Taipei Caught on Cam

A dash cam caught the shocking moment when a plane crashes in Taipei on Wednesday, February 4, 2015.

In the video, a TransAsia plane can be seen tuning in midair before hitting a portion of a bridge and dive into a river.

According to reports, thirteen people are confirmed dead and dozens remain missing after TransAsia Airways ATR-72 crashes in Taiwan.

The flight en route from Taipei to Kinmen carries 58 people including staff and crews.

Officials said, 31 of the passengers were Chinese tourists, including three children. Twenty-two were from Taiwan, including one child.

Taipei officials said 16 people suffered injuries. Thirty people are still unaccounted for.
