Shi Scott performed her version of “All I Can Do Is Cry” by Etta James on American Idol Season 14 during the Hollywood Week Part 4 Solo Round, February 12, 2015.
She’s out of breath and her heart is racing, Shi Scott told the audience before she perform.
“All of the things that you said before you sing, you don’t have to say it because it was evident. I think it took away from your performance your performance that happens,” said Harry Connick Jr.
“You did great performances in the past but that was not your best,” he added.
