Albay Gov. Joey Salceda blasts Xian Lim on Facebook for allegedly refusing to wear Albay t-shirt!
According to Gov. Salceda, Xian Lim allegedly refused to accept a coffee table book about the province, wear an Albay T-Shirt and was heard by many saying “I’m not here to promote Albay.”
His Facebook post reads:
Xian Lim immediately addressed the issue clarifying that he politely refuse to wear the shirt because it might be in conflict with his clothing endorsement.

Salceda published a follow-up post on his Facebook after Xian issued his apology. The governor, however, pointed that Xian is lying about the “I love Albay” shirt.
Xian Lim visited Albay for the Fiesta Tsinoy, an event celebrating the Chinese New Year.
