While Dubai has the top rated, most expensive and has one of the most beautiful Fireworks display in welcoming Year 2015, Mashable says Manila dominated and draws attention with its “bonkers” citywide New Year’s Eve extravaganza.
In the 3-minute video filmed at the tallest building at the heart of the city, Metro Manila in the Philippines looked like a warzone on New Year’s Eve.
Colorful explosions blasted in every corner of the city as Pinoys set off fireworks, baby rockets and firecrackers to celebrate 2015.

However, report said some of the fireworks led to fire in some area of the city leaving some homeless in New Year.
