Microsoft Announced Windows 10 Operating System

Microsoft named their latest operating system as Windows 10!

Skipping number 9, Microsoft announced their latest operating system on Wednesday, October 1, 2014. The new OS is called Windows 10.

According to Microsoft, Windows 10 will unlock new experiences for customers to work, play and connect. The new operating system will run across a broad set of devices including mobile phones, tablets and desktops.

One key feature of Windows 10 is the return of the Start Menu with a new customizable space for favorite apps and live tiles. Windows 10 comes with flat and colorful user interface, new task view button, enhanced snap window and multiple desktop function.

The new operating system will also give users the ability to manage their devices, customize the application store and protect user data.

Microsoft also launched the Windows Insider Program, a hub that will give users an access to download and test the beta version of Windows 10.

Microsoft’s new Windows 10 is expected to ship next year for both enterprise and individual users.
