Gwen: I always wanna find a soul singer that has something unique about them. You have all the technique and it was mind-blowing.
Pharrell: I think you got lost in the moment and let it go. If you to come work on my team, we spend time and figure out what you wanna do for you. Your voice is crazy.
Blake: You have spotlight on you if you come on my team.
