Daniel Padilla confirmed that it was his voice on the controversial audio recording circulating online.
The 19-year-old actor admit to ABS-CBN News that it was indeed his voice and he was saddened by the action of the person whom he thought a friend for leaking the recording.
Padilla said he sorted everything with his rumored girlfriend Kathryn Bernardo, which the actor said was hurt by the controversy.
Jasmin Curtis, on the other hand, also confirmed that she texted Padilla but says it was about the health of her father.
She clarifies that nothing else meant on the text messages but pure friendship and concern.
In the said controversial audio, Daniel Padilla was heard talking about being excited over the text messages of Jasmin Curtis. Singer Sam Concepcion and It’s Showtime host Billy Crawford were also dragged in the said issue.
