Marlisa Punzalan makes the judges say wow after auditioning with “Yesterday” cover on The X Factor Australia.
Fourteen-year-old Filipino descent Marlisa Punzalan kicks the X Factor auditions by singing The Beatles classic hit Yesterday.
Though she’s a bit shy and nervous in the beginning of her performance, Punzalan pulled it out and impressed the judges. She received standing ovation from the crowd and from the four judges.
Here’s what the judges told Marlisa after her performance.
Redfoo: “That is the biggest voice I ever heard on a 14 year old.” Dannii Minogue: “You sing from the heart and that is a voice of an angel.” Ronan: “You moved me with that performance. That is incredible.”
She received four yeses and she’s going to boot camp, watch below!
Marlisa is unbelievable! Her tone is so rich. I can feel the emotions coming out from her while performing. I think she can pulled it out up to the finale. She is just amazing!
