Xander Ford, formerly known as Marlou Arizala, finally admitted bashing Kathryn Bernardo by calling the actress ‘sakang’ in a viral video.
The 20-year-old internet sensation finally says sorry and owns up his mistake of body-shaming ABS-CBN actress Kathryn Bernardo in a video.
According to Xander Ford, he is the one who is talking in the video but it’s only for fun.
“I admit, I said that to Kathryn but its all for fun. I regret saying that to her,” Ford said.
“I’m not perfect. I am sorry for calling you sakang. I am Marlou that time but now I am Xander Ford,” he said.
“It’s really hard to accept that I am being judge without knowing my story,” he said.
“To all the people in the industry who get mad at me, please forgive me and I’m begging you to give me another chance,” he appealed.
Xander Ford recently denied the issue but an evidence video surfaced on social media showing him insulting the actress.
Meanwhile, Kathryn Bernardo reacts by treating issue as a lesson.
“Being called names is painful. But one good thing about pain is it teaches you something. It teaches you that you are more than hurtful words and labels. You are more than the flaws that people see. You are more than their victim. Choose to stand up against cyberbullying and BE MORE!” Bernardo said in a Instagram post.
